One of the things we see happen so often to homebuyers in their search for a new home is that after viewing two or three properties, they all start to look alike. Sometimes your home search gets so confusing that you don’t remember exactly which of the houses for sale had the nice kitchen or which one had the great mountain view. My job is to help you find a house that fits your needs and desires without spending 3 weeks looking at 10,000 homes for sale. When I am working with you looking at properties for sale, I place a high emphasis on educating and informing you about how to make good, informed decisions so you can buy the home you want. As part of this process, it may take a few trips out to narrow down your property search, but as long as my car has gas, and you are still enjoying looking at homes for sale, we will keep on driving and exploring. When you do find the house for sale that fulfills your desires and dreams, I can negotiate a super deal on your behalf.

That’s right! FREE…If new homes for sale is what you want to pursue, I can represent you on New Construction. If I don’t happen to be with you with you when you find a house you really like, just register with the new homes builder and tell him you are working with Anne-Michelle at “Boulder County Expert”. The new home builder will have a listing agent that represents their properties for sale. It is equally important that you have someone working on your behalf for any real estate or property sale. In the event that the property is one of the homes for sale by owner (FSBO) in the area, just ask them if they “cooperate” with Realtors. Again, since the property for sale is not an MLS listing, the FSBO homeowner is working strictly for himself and you will have no representation if you proceed to buy a home without an agent. If he is “cooperating”, you have automatic representation with “Boulder County Expert”.
